Medication Refill Policy Improvement

Effective February 2010 we will no longer charge $11 for prescription refills!

What we will do for you!

• Refill your prescriptions at each visit
• Call, fax, mail prescriptions, as well as, place at front desk for pick up
• Complete prior authorizations as needed

What you are responsible to do!

• Ask for refills at each visit
• Take prescriptions to the pharmacy to be filled
• Call the office when refills are needed
