As a new patient we are sure that you have many questions. It is our desire to help you be well informed for your first visit and answer those questions and concerns prior to, during and even after your time of care.

You should be receiving a new patient packet in the mail, also included in the packet is a grey bag. Please bring all you medication bottles to your first appointment in this bag. Also, please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our process by clicking on the links to your left that will provide you with helpful tips, useful forms and also an online survey that will provide us with feedback about your visit and quality of care with Carolina Cardiology.
